History

Chloe qualified in Level 2 Beauty Therapy in 2011 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy in 2012 at North Oxfordshire College.

On leaving College, Chloe joined a Dental Practice in Brackley as a Beauty Therapist and Practice Receptionist. She grew the beauty side of the business, which resulted in her job role changing into full time Beauty/Laser Therapist. In 2014 she qualified in Laser Hair Removal and also Gel Nail Extensions. The Laser Hair Removal soon became very popular, however Chloe wanted to go back to her Beauty roots.

In early 2015 Chloe joined a large salon in Banbury, where she was able to improve her nail skills. Qualifying in CND Liquid & Powder Enhancements, Lecente Nail Art, Shellac, Shellac Art and Styles, Brisa Gel Enhancements.

Unfortunately in 2016 everything changed for Chloe as she suffered a slipped disc that required surgery. So had to make the decision that working full time in a salon would not aid her recovery. The time came in 2017 for Chloe to leave the salon and work in office based jobs, whilst still continuing to do nails and waxing for friends and family.

After the birth of their daughter - Florence, Chloe decided she wanted to pursue her dream of running her own business and set up Chloe Powell Beauty.
