Chloe qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 2011 at Banbury College and has spent over 15 years building a career grounded in professionalism, skill and client care. Throughout her early years in the industry, she gained valuable experience working within salon environments, developing a deep understanding of both treatments and the realities of professional practice.

Following the birth of her daughter Florence in 2020, Chloe made the decision to become self-employed, establishing her studio in 2021 under the name Chloe Powell Beauty. As the business evolved and expanded to include accredited professional education alongside treatments, Chloe felt a rebrand was needed. This growth led to the creation of The Chloe Powell Studio - a calm, professional space where high-quality treatments and education sit at the heart of everything offered.

Fully qualified across all aspects of Beauty Therapy, Chloe has chosen to specialise in nails, pedicures, female intimate and body waxing, and eye and brow treatments - allowing her to focus on delivering the highest standards within these areas.

​

In 2024, Chloe qualified as a CND™ Education Ambassador, working closely with Sweet Squared, the UK distributor for CND™ and other leading professional brands. She now delivers accredited professional training in collaboration with Sweet Squared, working with brands including CND™, Kupa, Footlogix, LashUs, wax:one and SPARITUAL.

In 2025, Chloe was awarded the CND™ Social Disruptor Award, recognising her impact across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, selected from over 150 educators.

​

The award acknowledges Chloe’s creativity and digital work in transforming the CND™ social hub into a more inspiring and connected space. Through fresh, engaging and brand-aligned content, her work has helped amplify the CND™ philosophy, spark conversation and strengthen community within the professional nail industry.

This recognition reflects Chloe’s commitment not only to education and technical excellence, but also to inspiring professionals through meaningful, modern communication - both online and within the studio environment.

Chloe has also recently been appointed SPARITUAL Brand Expert for the UK and Ireland at Sweet Squared - a role that reflects her expertise, industry knowledge and commitment to professional education.

Today, Chloe balances hands-on studio work with delivering accredited training, supporting beauty professionals at every stage of their career through high-quality treatments, education and mentorship.
