Need to cancel? Running late?

Short notice cancellations, no shows or running late to your appointment can have a detrimental effect on a business and appointments can not be filled, salary lost and you loose out on your ‘ME’ time. 

With this in mind, the following strict Cancellation/No Show Policy will come into effect

from Thursday 19th October 2023. 

Don't need me? or Can't Make It?

If you no longer require or simply can not make an appointment,

Chloe Powell Beauty requires 48 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the total price of the treatment/s being charged.

If you have booked multiple treatments together but you decide not to have certain treatment/s carried out, please give 48 hours notice. If you decide on the day of treatment you no longer require certain treatment/s you will still be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

No Show

​

Failure to attend a booked appointment will result in 100% of the total price of the treatment/s booked.

Running Late? 

​

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, you will be classed as a ‘No Show’ therefore will be charged 100% of your booked appointment.

If you have booked multiple treatments but have arrived late, I will complete what I can in the time remaining however you will still be charged the full amount for all treatments that are booked.
